He is an excellent communicator, and I always felt like I was up to speed on what was going on in my case. Brett thinks outside the box, and investigates every possible resource that could help the case. He is self-motivated, and you won't have to stay on top of him to work hard for you. He was so attentive to my case that I often felt like I was his only client (not the case). He is very bold and straightforward, and if you want someone who will be aggressive, yet professional, look no further. I would not want to be cross-examined by this guy in court. We ended up settling out of court in my modification case, but I have no doubt Brett would have mopped the floor with the opposing party. I should also mention that Mr. Schneider has trustworthy billing practices. There were no over charges or getting billed at the attorney's rate for work the paralegal performed. He even got some court fees refunded to me due to untimely filing of some documents by the court reporter. In addition to his superior legal skills, Brett is a genuinely nice guy. My wife's father passed away during our case, and he sent a nice plant and a card with condolences, as well as, sincere condolences in person. You won't find a better attorney, so stop looking and hire Brett Schneider.

Brett was honest from the very beginning. Even if it was something he knew I didn't want to hear, he told me exactly what I needed to know. I felt he genuinely cared about how the case outcome affected my child. His receptionist is always professional and friendly. On multiple occasions I had to brin...g my son with me to his office. He was never treated like an inconvenience or burden, and was offered some blocks to play with while I met with Brett in the other room. His prices are fair and easy to understand.
