Andrew Lipscomb earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Missouri. Prior to becoming an attorney, Andrew served Boulder’s homeless and working poor by preparing and serving meals at the Boulder Bridge House before being hired as a case manager. He specialized in securing housing for the area’s neediest residents and obtaining identification for those with none.
During his time in law school, Andrew was elected as an Honor Board representative and eventually Co-Chair. There he heard and adjudicated complaints of academic dishonesty and spearheaded a committee to rewrite and modernize the Code of Academic Conduct. He interned under the Honorable Carol Haller at Colorado Legal Service’s ID Project and later returned to volunteer as a client intake assistant.
In addition to practicing law, Andrew is a licensed and experienced mediator and has volunteered time with the Denver Small Claims Court to help unrepresented parties resolve their disputes. In his off-time, Andrew enjoys snowboarding and riding motorcycles.
