Hire the BEST!

I/We hired Joe to represent me on Alcohol Charges. The moment we met with Joe, he was excellent in explaining the process and what would happen. He is so extremely knowledgeable, positive, professional, and confident!! He was absolutely the most prepared and also able to work fast, think on his fee...t, and adapt to any situation. He was able to take a very serious situation and really dictate in our terms, by doing this it makes you feel way way more at ease and comfortable! There is an old saying you get what you pay for...... and this attorney is exactly that! You pay for the best you get the best!!! I walked away with what exactly was explained to me in the beginning and what I expected. However; the feeling is good that I walked away with, but even more I feel like there is no limit... by this I mean if I ever got in trouble again that he leaves me/you with the feeling there is nothing he can't accomplish and I really believe that as well!! To touch on his support staff... EXCELLENT, if for any reason you can't get in touch with Joe his staff or the other attorneys will get you called back QUICKLY!! ........OH and they are there on Saturdays, doesn't that say enough!! I Will/Would absolutely recommend Joe and his Law Firm to anyone.......... Hire the BEST!!!!

Upon meeting Joe he was very personal to talk to and knew exactly how to handle the case. Joe was great about keeping me informed with every aspect of the case and was there to walk me through everything that came up. His approach to the case made me confident that he was my attorney and I am very ha...ppy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking for great professional help.

Awesome Work

Joe Passinise is very well qualified lawyer. I got a speeding ticket at an airport and did not need that on my driving record so I hired Joe to see if he could do that. Not only was his fee fair he spent a lot of time getting this resolved. I received a letter from him at the beginning of this wee...k and it stated that when he first met with the prosecutor he was not happy with the speed I was going and wanted to put me on probation and take a driving class and also pay a fine and do community service. He continued to negotiate with the prosecutor and after a year he was able to, 1. get my ticket amended to a NO point, 2.Total fine and court costs to only $84.50, 3. No probation, 4. No driving program and 5. No community service!!!! I was also scheduled to appear in court and that was struck so I didn't have to. Bottom line is that I walked away with a no point speeding ticket and VERY reasonable fine and court costs. Joe is an extremely busy Lawyer handling much bigger more important cases than mine but I feel like he gave mine just as much importance than the other cases. Also, he kept me up to date on everything so I felt very good about the process. I hired him to take care of the matter and he did just that.

Honest, Trustworthy & Dapper!

Joseph was prompt in sharing the information he had learned about the case with me first off! Not to mention very knowledgable of the right thing to do! And gave stellar advice on what I should do to have the greatest outcome of the case! So I listened got my case reduced and had to pay a fee on the ...court date! I would recommend this law office over any other law firm in the state! Not to mention he came in looking dapper and was highly respected by the other lawyers and judge in the court room! Thanks again Joe!
