Best Defense Lawyer in the Ozarks

Mr. Passanise represented me during the hardest time of my life. He believed in me and never gave up on me. He fought for me and made it possible for me to move forward with my life. He spent a lot of time on my case and my charges were dropped. Thanks to him I am able to start a new chapter in my li...fe. He is the best attorney, he is very honest and trustworthy. I thank God for him and his staff.

Hire the BEST!

I/We hired Joe to represent me on Alcohol Charges. The moment we met with Joe, he was excellent in explaining the process and what would happen. He is so extremely knowledgeable, positive, professional, and confident!! He was absolutely the most prepared and also able to work fast, think on his fee...t, and adapt to any situation. He was able to take a very serious situation and really dictate in our terms, by doing this it makes you feel way way more at ease and comfortable! There is an old saying you get what you pay for...... and this attorney is exactly that! You pay for the best you get the best!!! I walked away with what exactly was explained to me in the beginning and what I expected. However; the feeling is good that I walked away with, but even more I feel like there is no limit... by this I mean if I ever got in trouble again that he leaves me/you with the feeling there is nothing he can't accomplish and I really believe that as well!! To touch on his support staff... EXCELLENT, if for any reason you can't get in touch with Joe his staff or the other attorneys will get you called back QUICKLY!! ........OH and they are there on Saturdays, doesn't that say enough!! I Will/Would absolutely recommend Joe and his Law Firm to anyone.......... Hire the BEST!!!!

Very Happy Family

I hired Joe from his reputation , as we all know some times reputations aren't true. Trust me when I say Joe is one of the best lawyers! Let's say the cards in our case were stacked against my son and leave it at that. Joe went above and beyond, to expose the truth! As a mother he let me know he... would take care of my son like he was his own. He held true to that for the whole five years of our court case! He kept us all very well informed and let us know what he needed from us. you could really tell it's not just a job or just another case to him. No matter how busy he was he always retuned our calls and answered our question and he doesn't candy coat the answers. Which is good! This man we'll fight for justice where there is none being shown!

When you need an attorney - get the BEST!

This is what you can expect when you enlist the services is Joe Passanise-- He opened his office for me on a Saturday to meet with me BEFORE I was his client. He talked strategy and what options I had. He also told me that this would not be a quick process- my situation took just over 2 1/2 yea...rs to complete. During the entire time I never once felt rushed by Joe or his team, and was always well informed of the process every step of the way. Every court appearance I had I felt that Joe was by far the best attorney in the room, and I consistently had the upmost confidence that he was looking out for my best interests. In the end he got me the best option I could've hoped for and would recommend him to anyone else in a similar need for the best criminal defense attorney in the region.
