Great representation from a lawyer who cares

Joe is amazing. He not only provided me with great representation on the legal side of things, but he truly cares about me as a person and it shows. The first meeting I had with Joe he personally called me and informed me he was out of town but was on his way home and would be happy to meet with me t...hat night at his office. He met with me at 9pm and took the time to explain all my options. Since we have had several meetings on the weekends and later in the evenings to accommodate my schedule. He put the nessacery distance in my case to make sure that I was in the best possible position legally. He has truly over delivered every single time. The best part however, isn't what Joe has done for me legally, it's what he has done for me as a person. He took the time to guide me through steps that I needed to take to make changes in my life. For Joe it's not just about getting you out of trouble, it's about making the changes and taking the steps so that you don't find yourself in the same situation again. I would highly recommend Joe and his staff to anyone.

This was absolutley the best experience I have had with an attorney. They got me in for a consultation quickly and started working on my case immediately. Not only were they able to get my DWI dropped to an SIS, they have continued to help me throughout my probation period. Sarah, the paralegal is ab...solutley incredible. She always answers her phone or gets back to me in a timely fashion and she is incredibly knowledgeable (and if she doesn't know something she is quick to find out). Joe and/or Scott were there in the courtroom with me each time and their professionalism and knowledge of the law put me as at ease as you can be in this kind of situation. While this was my first and only time being on the defendant side of the courtroom, it was not my first time dealing with an attorney. Other lawyers I have dealt with seemed like they were in it to milk me for as much money as possible. They were upfront about pricing and charged me not a cent more than what we agreed upon. There aren't many out there who genuinley care about their clients the way Joe and his team do. They made me feel like family. I would absolutley reccomend this law office to anyone in need of a defense attorney. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

Joe was absolutely outstanding at representing me in a very difficult DWI case. He prepared me well in advance of the trial to take several actions to present myself in a favorable fashion to the judge. As a result of Joe's advice and my completion of the activities he told me to do before trial, I... received a very favorable sentence. Very grateful client of Joe Passanise

My son was charged with a serious felony regarding possession, distribution and manufacturing of drugs and was facing 22 years in prison. I turned to Joe Passanise to help my son with his case. Before hiring Joe, things for my son were bleak and his future was very much in question. Joe told my son ...various things he needed to do to show he was turning his life around. Joe had multiple meetings and phone calls with the legal officials to discuss my son and his case. Due to Joe's experience and legal expertise, he was able to have the charges dropped and his case dismissed. He brought about a miraculous outcome that is just amazing to my son and me. I will never be able to thank Joe for giving my son his future back. Due to my work schedule, Joe initially met with us on a day and time that was not during his business hours. Joe was very client-oriented from our first meeting. Joe's legal team, especially Sarah, is equally awesome. As a concerned and worried mom, Sarah was very helpful to me. Sarah was great at giving updates, answering questions and excellent client assistance. Joe deserves much more than a 5-star rating. I highly recommend Joe Passanise as an attorney. He is an asset to the legal profession.

Top Notch Defense Attorney

Joe and his staff are the best in the area at what they do. They worked extremely hard for me and were able to prevent a felony DWI conviction from impacting my entire future. I highly recommend Joe and his staff to anyone needing needing help from attorneys that produce serious results.
