Many thanks for a great plan to insure a wonderful outcome for our son's case!

Joe worked the case, on behalf of our son's DUI with a jet ski. Although I am not a patient person, Joe knew best to pace the case so that the judge would rule favorably for our son, by giving our son the opportunity to demonstrate his good character, his dedication to his professional career, but ...also his remorse for his own actions/poor decisions while using a jet ski.

A great lawyer who cares

Joe and his team did a great job getting me through the DWI. He is kind, intelligent, skilled and experienced. If you want someone who is a real expert with a heart, call Joe.

Professional, Compassionate, Excellent

Mr. Passanise is an excellent Lawyer; extremely professional; and compassionate. I received a DUI. He treated me and my case with dignity and respect. He told me exactly what he could do up front and what he could not do, and how long the process would take. He said the case would take approximat...ely 5 months; it did. He said he could not get the case dismissed; it was not. He said his goal was to have it reduced to a "Careless and Imprudent" driving; it was. Mr. Passanise gave me very clear instructions as to what I could do to improve my situation through classes to attend and volunteer service in the community. He encouraged and affirmed my positive contributions. He and his office were available to me for every question and concern I had. Mr. Passanise achieved the very best possible outcome he could for my situation. I am grateful to Mr. Passanise. I also want to say that Mr. Passanise's paralegal, Sarah Greer, is excellent at what she does and was encouraging to me as a client.

Just do what he tells you.

I met with Joe 2 days after my DWI and he listens carefully to what I told him what happened. I really felt hopeless and didn't see anyway I could not go to prison as this was my 4th one. Joe told me if I did what he said that he thought he could help me . I did the 6 month out patient treatment at ...Alternatives. Did 300 hours of community service and went to AA meetings. I will be honest this lasted about 2 years. At times it seemed like Joe and Scott had forgot about me and I felt frustrated but remembered Im not his only client and they are working for you behind the scenes when we don't know it. On March 4th of 2018 I received a call from Joe and he told me I got probation and DWI court with only a 100 hours community service which is unheard of. I was so ecstatic I couldn't speak. Joe and Scott did what I thought was the impossible and made it happen. Just do what they tell you to do. Grant

Positive Review

Mr. Passanise worked very hard for my case. I felt confident through the court processing system. He told me up front what it would cost and what I should do to get the best result for driving while on my RX medications. Charges were reduced. Sentencing was not a full aquittal, but fair enough. ...I would highly recommend if you have a DUI.
