Joseph S. Passanise; A Great Lawyer. Well respected.

I hired Mr. Passanise to represent me in a harassment case. Joseph took great care to explain the the relevant legal issues, and the legal remedies with my case. He was very engaged during the entire process, and promptly , kept me informed of of changes and requirements as they occurred. Mr... Mr. Passanise is the best!

Mr. Passanise took my cases for multiple charges in two separate counties. I was on a total path of drug addiction and self destruction when I hired Mr. Passanise. I have since turned my life around and I am on a clean and sober journey and I can truly sat that if it had not been for him I would be... in prison. Joe Passanise was a total God send to me and my family. He worked tirelessly for me when no one else would. I highly recommend him and his staff for any legal issues that you need help with.

THE BEST!!!!

I was going to be charged with 8 felonies as a first time offender and after doing some research I decided to hire Joe to represent me on this matter. He handled my case very professionally, kept me up to date on what was going on, and was able to get a deferred prosecution!! I would highly recommend... him to anyone seeking a criminal attorney because he has the client's best interest at heart and is an amazing attorney to have on your side.

Best in Missouri hands down!

Joe and his team were able to get my 7 felonies down to 1 very low misdemeanor in one of the most corrupt counties in Missouri, Christian county. He was also able to get evidence the county was trying to hide to cover their BS charges. I don’t recommend living in Christian county, but I do recommend ...hiring Joe and his partner Dee if you have ANY kind of legal trouble. They are worth every cent. Great communication and very compassionate. Joe also does expungements, he’s the absolute best. Don’t risk your future and waste your money with a “cheaper” attorney. Thinking about hiring him? Be like Nike and just do it.

Highly recommend

Joseph Passanise is an excellent attorney! He worked very hard on my case from the time I contacted his firm until the case was resolved, and even beyond that. He and his firm realize the drastic consequences that can come from failing to take a legal case seriously and work hard to make their client...s aware of those consequences and prevent them. He takes a very practical approach to the handling of a case and fights for his clients until he gets a desirable outcome. The types of legal issues he handles are too serious to trust with someone else. You need the best, and that's definitely him. 10/10 would recommend him.
