Very professional an extremely proficient.

Mr Passanise was very helpful and completely capable of handling our case. Mr Passanise was very flexible on scheduling meetings with us and we had every bit of confidence that he could arbitrate an "end result" that would be fair and agreeable to all parties involved. We had no problems with Mr Pass...anise, however, communication from the office or a call back when we left messages for office staff were lacking. My hope is that we will never need Mr Passanise's services again, but if we find ourselves in a position that we need legal counsel, we certainly won't hesitate to retain Mr Passanise. I feel like he is the right man for the job if you find yourself needing legal counsel and want to be represented by the best of the best.

Passanise :)

We searched numerous firms regarding our issue. We called Joe and actually met with us on Saturday at his office. Others only wanted to talk on the phone. They really care for their clients. I was totally out of my element dealing with the charges. Watching them in the courtroom was impressive. They... really know what they are doing and take time to explain the situation. Just watching other lawyers in the courtroom I was extremely glad we had Joe. He totally knows law and your rights as a citizen. I seriously recommend Joe Passanise.

Amazing and caring

Joe and Sarah have been a God send! He is so much more than my attorney. He is compassionate and has done more than I could ever hope for. Email questions answered almost immediately. Performed far beyond anyone's expectation. Joe gave me peace of mind, provided my wife and family with comfort. There... are not enough words to say how hard Joe worked for me and my family. If you need someone to FIGHT for you, Joe is the man you want on your side. Joe made everything clear, affordable and most of all, truly showed he was concerned and interested in me as a person. Sarah answers questions same day. I couldn't think of one thing I needed that Joe did not provide. Thank you, Joe, for being a man with character, compassion and knowledge. Thank you for making me want to be better, and not burdening me with guilt. You are an amazing attorney, but more so, being a wonderful human being.

Highly Recommend

I’m so grateful that I had Joseph (Joe) Passanise as my attorney. He made me feel as if I was his only priority. He met with myself & my husband on a Saturday. He explained my charges & what I was facing. He was compassionate, kind, yet firm. He showed genuine concern for me & made sure I was comp...letely aware of the penalties I would face it I didn’t do my part. Joe fought hard for me & I am more than happy with the deal he secured. The whole team at his office, from the receptionist, to his amazing paralegal, Sarah, are phenomenal.

Would recommend for drug related offenses

Very pleased with the outcome of our drug related case. Mr. Passanise gave excellent legal advice and went above and beyond to provide appropriate direction. Following his advice was a determining factor in the positive outcome of this case. His expertise in the courtroom and the respect he garner...s from his peers was also evident. Mr. Passanise was diligent to be present during scheduled court dates and if not able to due to conflicts with other cases made sure that representation was provided by a partner in the firm. Communication with his staff was sometimes challenging, but Sandy and Shawna were always professional and helpful.
