I am very grateful for the help I always receive from Joseph S. Passanise. Since 3 years ago I have needed their services and as always the service exceeds my expectations. At any time I need them they are always available to help quickly and at a high level of professionalism. My DUI involved a car ...accident and Joseph S. Passanise walked me through the entire experience, not only did he make me very prepared and aware of what was needed by me to get the best possible outcome, but he was also able to get three other charges dropped. Thank you for all the help!

Best criminal attorney in MO.

In 2021 I faced what looked like a very uncertain situation I never thought I see myself in. I was charged with a felony. I live in NY and was lucky to be referred to him by another amazing attorney. During each meeting we had, he took his time to listen and take notes. His confidence and experience ...took all the worries and burden away from me. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Within a few months, my case was fully dismissed before going to a preliminary hearing!. Even before a preliminary hearing was scheduled. He made sure I did not go to Jail and was able to negotiate a no bond with electronic check-in. During this time. Joe made sure I was constantly updated on the matter even took time to call me after hours or during the weekends. I cannot say how thankful I am to Joe and his team.

One of the best!

Joe made time to meet with us outside of business hours. He listened and provided straight-forward consultation. As a result, we selected him from the 5 attorneys we talked with. That was the best decision we could have made, and appreciate the amazing outcome of the case!

Joseph S. Passanise; A Great Lawyer. Well respected.

I hired Mr. Passanise to represent me in a harassment case. Joseph took great care to explain the the relevant legal issues, and the legal remedies with my case. God places people in your life for a Reason,,,

I hired Joe in 2019. My Mom came with me as we sat and talked to him and immediately we both decided we wanted him to handle my case. I am a very big person with energy and can feel when people are fake or ingenious and just somehow felt so comfortable with Joe. I had so much fear running through me... as a case is so scary. He has been dealing with my case for awhile and over that time he gave me instructions to which I followed. That was my part to do to help improve my life and my case and he inspired me to do that as I knew I needed to change my life. Over the course of the time frame that I have been involved with him and his office, I have reached out numerous times for questions or concerns or even when I was having anxiety, and I always was treated with concern and all my questions were answered and there was never a brushing off of me. I have what I would say a mentorship with Joe and Sarah...they have been straight up with me while guiding me to my best outcome. I am so grateful for Joe and all he is doing for me. I think he goes above and beyond what you would ever think of a lawyer. I can tell he is invested in me and my case. Also. whenever I call his assistant Sarah, she is right there. I am grateful for them. They are helping me change my life. It goes much deeper than a case. It’s your life you’re putting in their hands and I am so thankful he was put in my path to help me. He and Sarah will always be people I hold with high regards.
