Worth It

When my wife and I heard the amount of money we would have to pay for Joe to take my case, we felt like we took a punch to the gut. We had already spent so much on a lawyer who did nothing to help, and advised I should bend over and take a charge and a consequence I felt I didn't deserve and would pr...etty near ruin my life. When I met with Joe, he assured us he would fight. Out of all the lawyers I met with, Joe was the only one with the drive and confidence I felt I had to find in my lawyer to save me from this. I needed someone who would fight tooth and nail for me, and I had no choice but to put all my eggs, and money, in his basket. We were scared that he was all talk, that he knew what we wanted to hear and knew what to say to get us to hand him our savings. But we had to give it a shot. You can't support your family from jail. It turned out to be the best decision I made since being charged. My biggest regret is hiring someone else first, and wasting all that time and money. If you need a fight, don't even bother looking at another attorney. He searched for every possible angle, every way he could help me, and most importantly believed in me. He offered so much advise and legal support to give me the best possible outcome. He got my felony DWI charge down to a misdemeanor, and even with the circumstances and my sobriety and hard work, that's rare and hard to do. But he fought for me. His team is worth every penny. My ONLY complaint is that the front desk assistant is cold and impersonable. For the quality of attorney, I was surprised at her poor customer service!

The best of the best

If you should ever find yourself in a situation where you should need a criminal defense attorney in southern Missouri there is no better than Joe Passanise. He was fair, honest and worth every penny. His paralegal Sarah was on top of everything and always reachable. When I had no fight left in me th...ey got me through. Couldn't be more grateful for all there hardwork.

DWI great jpb. No record!

I received a ticket at a sobriety checkpoint. A friend recommended Joe Passanise. He got my license returned and convinced the prosecutor to not press charges. No fine, no record, great work. Joe is meticulous and thorough. It was a pleasure having him work my case.

DWI

This was absolutley the best experience I have had with an attorney. They got me in for a consultation quickly and started working on my case immediately. Not only were they able to get my DWI dropped to an SIS, they have continued to help me throughout my probation period. Sarah, the paralegal is ab...solutley incredible. She always answers her phone or gets back to me in a timely fashion and she is incredibly knowledgeable (and if she doesn't know something she is quick to find out). Joe and/or Scott were there in the courtroom with me each time and their professionalism and knowledge of the law put me as at ease as you can be in this kind of situation. While this was my first and only time being on the defendant side of the courtroom, it was not my first time dealing with an attorney. Other lawyers I have dealt with seemed like they were in it to milk me for as much money as possible. They were upfront about pricing and charged me not a cent more than what we agreed upon. There aren't many out there who genuinley care about their clients the way Joe and his team do. They made me feel like family. I would absolutley reccomend this law office to anyone in need of a defense attorney. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

Incredibly Professional

I hired Joe for a DWI. He worked incredibly hard to get excellent results in the end. Well worth the time and money. He always communicated with me anything I needed to know or needed to do. I will be recommending him to anyone else I know that may need his services.
