Strong Representation and Excellent Outcome

Mr. Passanise partners with you as the client allowing you to voice your concerns in the case and takes the comcerns seriously. He is candid in his status reviews so you understand where your case is at and what options look like down the line. He treats you with respect. His whole team does. In ...my case related to alcohol they had recommendations in place for things to do while your case processes that not only help your profile in the case but also your personal life in general. In my particular case of a 'refusal' that I felt unjust in how it was handled, we proved my case and won the refusal. The whole team dug in and represented my perspective that lead me to hire them. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome of my entire case. We set a goal and we achieved it!

Best in the city!

From my first consultation with Joe in the office I felt at ease knowing I was in the right place and had made the right decision to hire him to represent my DWI case. He presented an organized plan for me to follow, kept the communication lines open at all times, and always treated me with respect.... Most importantly he did everything he said he would do to properly represent my case and was able to get my charge dismissed! Also, everyone in the office is top notch and professional. Without a doubt, Joe Passanise is the best in the 417!

Joe Passinise

After receiving my first DWI back in Aug. 2020, I consulted and hired Joe to represent me. His staff was very proactive and let me know exactly what I needed to be working on while I was waiting on my court date. While there were times I felt communication was a little lacking, his staff (Sarah) k...ept assuring me that if there was information that was important I would be told. Meanwhile, they continued to work behind the scenes and helped me get a settlement that I could be happy with. Hope and pray I never need them again but glad i chose his office.

Highly Recommend!

Mr. Passanise and his staff were great. They gave me a list of exactly what I needed to do to help resolve my DUI case, explained what to expect from the process, and ultimately reached a settlement that was better than I had dared to even hope for. They have my highest recommendation!

Excellent Attorney & Fights For the Best Outcome

We hired Mr. Passanise to represent my son in a DUI charge. My son followed Mr. Passanise's requirements and did what he expected. Mr. Passanise indicated it would be a long process and it was. However, it was well worth the work and wait. He was able to get the charges dismissed. The en...tire staff is exceptional; Scott, Sara, and Taylon. If you need an attorney, there is no other choice.
