Exceptional Attorney

I was very pleased with how Joe took care of my DWI case. He was able to get a great deal considering the circumstances. The office was always prompt in returning calls as well. I would recommend Joe to anyone who has multiple DWI's. Joe was the second attorney I hired for this case, due to me trying... to save money at first, and that was a bad idea. In the long run it ended up costing more. Joe had to fix a bunch of screw-ups that my first attorney caused. He was well worth every penny, and I wish I would've went to Joe first!

Joe secured an excellent outcome in a serious multiple felony case for me. So one thing I will say is Joe has a way of working with the opposing side that is respected by the judges, feared by the opposing counsel and secures an outcome that most attorneys can’t deliver. When you have Joe on your sid...e you have one of the best defense attorneys you can find in the Midwest. Joe also communicates exactly what you need to be doing to assist him and if you follow his advice you will be pleased. Highly, highly recommend Joe if you value your freedom!!!

DWI and Probation violation

I have used this law firm 2 times. One for a DWI and a second time for a probation violation. Through both processes he worked diligently to make it as easy of a process as can be. He provided very clear instructions of what they expected from me. He was also very thorough when explaining all angles ...of possible outcomes. I got the best possible outcome from both of my experiences with him. He takes pride in his work and will work with you closely to get the results you wish for in the court room. Through my experience he is caring and wants what is best for his clients. I would highly recommend Mr. Passanise for any troubles you are going through. He makes the process as easy as possible, and as stress free as can be. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything taking place.

DWI CASE

A top-notch attorney and associates.

Joseph S. Passanise(“Passanise”) is top-notch, and his office staff and associates were great to work with during this legal process, and venture into the courts. This was the first time I had to deal with the courts within this capacity, and it was overwhelming. However, Passanise and his staff ca...lmed me down, walked me through the process, expectations, procedures, and their strategy. When I spoke to other attorneys, they instantly recommended a plea agreement. Passanise and his staff took one look at the police report, and said we have problems with this, and how they executed my probable cause arrest. Knowing that the charges against me were frivolous, I was still concerned with how a judge would look at the matter. Passanise and his associates dissected every document, and was able to effectively communicate with the judge the faults, and many problems with my case. I understand a lot of people will say they did not commit this crime, and they’re being wrongfully prosecuted, you hear it all the time. But, I knew I was innocent of the allegations being made, and with the effective arguments they presented, THE PROSECUTOR ENDED UP DROPPING / DISMISSING ALL CHARGES AT ONE OF THE INITIAL HEARINGS. I owe Passanise and his team more than I could ever express, or put into words. Thank you for giving me my life back!
