A top-notch attorney and associates.

Joseph S. Passanise(“Passanise”) is top-notch, and his office staff and associates were great to work with during this legal process, and venture into the courts. This was the first time I had to deal with the courts within this capacity, and it was overwhelming. However, Passanise and his staff ca...lmed me down, walked me through the process, expectations, procedures, and their strategy. When I spoke to other attorneys, they instantly recommended a plea agreement. Passanise and his staff took one look at the police report, and said we have problems with this, and how they executed my probable cause arrest. Knowing that the charges against me were frivolous, I was still concerned with how a judge would look at the matter. Passanise and his associates dissected every document, and was able to effectively communicate with the judge the faults, and many problems with my case. I understand a lot of people will say they did not commit this crime, and they’re being wrongfully prosecuted, you hear it all the time. But, I knew I was innocent of the allegations being made, and with the effective arguments they presented, THE PROSECUTOR ENDED UP DROPPING / DISMISSING ALL CHARGES AT ONE OF THE INITIAL HEARINGS. I owe Passanise and his team more than I could ever express, or put into words. Thank you for giving me my life back!

Great lawyer

Joe was very friendly, sympathetic, and professional. He worked diligently, and kept my best interest in mind. He worked out the best outcome possible for me, and fought aggressively throughout the entire process. He was very experienced and I would recommend him to anyone in any kind of legal troubl...e. Just can't say enough about my experience with Mr. Padsanise and his team.

If you absolutely have to win.. Joe is your guy

Mr. Passanise and his Firm have been impressive from minute one. Dealing with hundreds of cases would lead a client to assume personal attention is not what you are paying for. Absolutely not the case with Joe Passanise and his Team. Reading the transcripts of his deposition and questioning was in...credibly impressive and he remembered every finite detail of my case, even AFTER drawn-out covid delays. Every penny well spent, and would recommend to anyone that needs a real fighter in their corner, and absolutely needs a win. Thanks Joe! -MB

Great representation & comforting professionalism

Joe & his team did amazing. I felt confident & secure. Saw firsthand his good relationship with the court & deep understanding of the process. Kept me well informed throughout. Did not waste time. Worked diligently for the ‘best’ outcome. Including taking pause to let the court process as best ‘it...’ could. (4 different prosecutors on my case at different times.) The office team was very helpful. In short, much thanks.

Best criminal attorney in MO.

In 2021 I faced what looked like a very uncertain situation I never thought I see myself in. I was charged with a felony. I live in NY and was lucky to be referred to him by another amazing attorney. During each meeting we had, he took his time to listen and take notes. His confidence and experience ...took all the worries and burden away from me. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Within a few months, my case was fully dismissed before going to a preliminary hearing!. Even before a preliminary hearing was scheduled. He made sure I did not go to Jail and was able to negotiate a no bond with electronic check-in. During this time. Joe made sure I was constantly updated on the matter even took time to call me after hours or during the weekends. I cannot say how thankful I am to Joe and his team.
