Excellent Attorney

I would highly recommend Mr. Passanise as an attorney. He worked hard and I was impressed as he was able to get everything we wanted over the states objection’s. He worked on my case for over 2yrs until an acceptable result was reached. I am very pleased with his firm. The only negative I would say i...s occasional lack of communication, however I learned no news is good news. I highly recommend his firm. Very pleased with the outcome his firm obtained in my case!

Excellent Attorney

The thing that impressed me most about Joe was that nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. DV cases give you limited options for a positive outcome, but Joe and his team exceeded my expectations. I would hire him again for any legal m...atter.

Truck driver

From the very start of meeting with Joe I could tell he genuinely cared about me and my situation. We talked about it in his office one afternoon. I told him what I had done and what had happened since the incident. He never judged me but was very careful to answer all my questions. My parents we...re there with me and he made them welcome as well. Joe immediately began reaching out to the local prosecutor to find out if there were any charges filed against me yet. And he informed the prosecutor's office that he was representing me. All of this was before I had paid him his attorney's fee. A few weeks after Joe and I had met I was arrested and taken to jail. He and his co counsel Taylon immediately starting working on getting a bond set up so I could get out of jail. It took them all of 11 calendar days. That's after having to find a judge who would sign off on a bond. So he did not waste any time. Joe and his office were in contact with my parents to reassure them and answer their questions. When I was released on bond I had a court date a few days later. When Joe and I met at the courthouse he knew exactly what he wanted me to do and explained it to where even a blue collar truck driver who had rarely been inside a courtroom could understand it. The packet of instructions that he sent me was detailed and clear on what he wanted me to do. If I had any questions, his paralegal, Sarah, was there to answer them. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear. But she always told me the truth. Ultimately, Joe and his team were there to get me a very good deal from the local prosecutor. Its one that will allow me to move on with my life. I appreciate Joe for his hard work and for believing in me. One more thing I almost forgot: As I understand, he got me a significant discount on my bond. He told the bondsman and the judge that I was worthy of this discount. Joe believed in me personally and took a personal interest in helping me get through this. I recommend Joe and his team to anyone who finds him or herself in trouble with the law.

Honest & Incredible

I was recommended Passanise when I received my second DWI. I didn’t know what to expect, but upon meeting, he was so fair, he listens to everything you say. They ask you do get all these things done before your court date, DO THEM, it’s worth it, and made such a difference in my case. He fought hard ...to get me the best outcome I could get! He got one of my tickets completely dismissed! as well as unsupervised probation, and community service for a heavy dwi ticket! No jail time at all, which is all I could ask for, but he did even better! He will be my go to for anything I need in the future! Definitely not another DWI though, because thanks to this law firm’s encouragement to go to AA, and stay sober, I’m now a year and a half sober, and don’t have to worry about that kind of trouble again! HIGHLY recommend hiring him!

When your world falls down around you, Joe is the person you want on your side!

When your accused of something you didn't do, the media, your friends, your job and even your family may not be there for you. You need the best lawyer you can get to be on your side! Joe will be there for the entire journey, it last longer than one thinks. From telling you what is going on, to ...what the options are, he listens and knows what to do. He has the experience to know what to do, who to talk to, and how to handle your case with care and professionalism. You cannot find a better lawyer in Springfield if your accused of a crime! If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a criminal attorney to represent them, he will be my first and only one!
