Trust Joe and the process

Joe Passanise helped me get the best results I could hope for with my case. From the very beginning when I met him for our initial consultation I knew why he was recommended by my colleagues. He listened to my concerns and gave sound advice. He has a process that works. He and his team thoroughly rev...iewed the details of my case and gave me results. He was able to get multiple charges dismissed and I know I would be worst off if I had not hired him. Joe doesn’t work for you, but with you. Joe has expectations for his clients, he expects you to listen and follow his counseling to help get you the best possible outcome, you just need to trust the process. You also get what you pay for, his costs were worth the results. Watching how he interacted with the prosecutors and the judge showed me that I picked the right attorney.

Best in Missouri hands down!

Joe and his team were able to get my 7 felonies down to 1 very low misdemeanor in one of the most corrupt counties in Missouri, Christian county. He was also able to get evidence the county was trying to hide to cover their BS charges. I don’t recommend living in Christian county, but I do recommend ...hiring Joe and his partner Dee if you have ANY kind of legal trouble. They are worth every cent. Great communication and very compassionate. Joe also does expungements, he’s the absolute best. Don’t risk your future and waste your money with a “cheaper” attorney. Thinking about hiring him? Be like Nike and just do it.

Amazing and caring

Joe and Sarah have been a God send! He is so much more than my attorney. He is compassionate and has done more than I could ever hope for. Email questions answered almost immediately. Performed far beyond anyone's expectation. Joe gave me peace of mind, provided my wife and family with comfort. There... are not enough words to say how hard Joe worked for me and my family. If you need someone to FIGHT for you, Joe is the man you want on your side. Joe made everything clear, affordable and most of all, truly showed he was concerned and interested in me as a person. Sarah answers questions same day. I couldn't think of one thing I needed that Joe did not provide. Thank you, Joe, for being a man with character, compassion and knowledge. Thank you for making me want to be better, and not burdening me with guilt. You are an amazing attorney, but more so, being a wonderful human being.

DUI Case

Mr. Passanise was great to work with. He handled my case with a high level of professionalism. He was able to plead my case down to a much lesser charge. His fees were reasonable and worth it considering all he did for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a DUI lawyer.

best attorney in Greene County

Joe has helped me on more than one occasion when I found myself in legal trouble. He charges a fair rate and makes sure to do what's best for his clients. Very personable and easy to talk to. 10/10
