Compassionate and thorough representation

Mr. Passanise has represented my son on state/federal charges. He and his paralegal, Sarah, were very compassionate and thorough with their efforts to resolve the situation. Mr Passanise was willing to take the time to explain the process to us.

Compassionate caring and the best attorney that I've ever had.

Joe and his firm was an absolute lifesaver. I was facing some jail time and they did me a solid. I couldn't ask for more he did more work than I could probably do ever by myself. The man is a Powerhouse along with his firm. I thank Sarah and I thank Joe, for all their hard work and dedication to ...my case. Hands down I recommend this firm for any Criminal issues that you have. And if anything ever happens I definitely would hire them again in a heartbeat! Compassionate caring people. Better outcome than expected

Recieved a lesser sentence than expected due to Joe and the team at W&P! Would highly recommend and will use again if ever needed!

Answered Prayers

In 2019, I was charged with three crimes that ran consecutively and could have resulted in 29 years in prison at 85%. Today, I stand a free man on probation. Mr. Passanise (and Dee Wampler) took my case. Mr. Passanise took over my case after Dee passed away not long after taking the case. The tru...th is that Joe is not the cheapest attorney for good reason. Sometimes, I struggled to make payments and keep up with costs, but Joe was gracious enough to work with me. From my own experience, the cheapest way is not always the best. My freedom is worth every penny, and Joe and his staff worked their tail off for that and accomplished it. The Passanisse law firm is more than just a place that defends those who need it. The majority of the staff are now like family to us. They were phenomenal, from Sarah to Teresa and others who worked on my case. Here is the brass tax. We prayed for the Lord to lead us to the right attorney, and He did. Joe never made promises that he didn’t keep. If you’re in legal trouble, realize that hiring the right attorney is your most important decision. Even if it stretches you financially, it’s best to have someone you know in your corner. I would rather be broke and still working than save a couple of dollars for commissary soups and be on state tip. I highly recommend Mr. Passanise and his staff.

Joe Passanise

Nobody likes the circumstances that necessitate hiring a criminal defense attorney. But when you need one, it pays to work with a good one. Chose one who has experience, who thinks on his feet, who is realistic about the system, who outlines strategy in advance and clearly expects client participati...on and cooperation in the process. There is a time to negotiate and Joe Passanise seems to have a knack for knowing when the time has come. He can be gently firm yet firmly gentle. He is honest. He is a skilled communicator and manages a sense of humor in the midst of even challenging procedures.
