When you need an attorney - get the BEST!

This is what you can expect when you enlist the services is Joe Passanise-- He opened his office for me on a Saturday to meet with me BEFORE I was his client. He talked strategy and what options I had. He also told me that this would not be a quick process- my situation took just over 2 1/2 yea...rs to complete. During the entire time I never once felt rushed by Joe or his team, and was always well informed of the process every step of the way. Every court appearance I had I felt that Joe was by far the best attorney in the room, and I consistently had the upmost confidence that he was looking out for my best interests. In the end he got me the best option I could've hoped for and would recommend him to anyone else in a similar need for the best criminal defense attorney in the region.

Life Changing Representation

Joe Passanise represented me on two separate criminal cases. The outcome of both cases would inevitably impact my future greatly. Joe offered straight forward, honest possibilities regarding the final sentence and gave me the information and steps I personally needed to take to rebuild my character a...nd informed me of what he and his associates would be doing to strive to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout this entire 'court' process I was impressed by his courtroom demeanor, level of confidence when speaking on my behalf, and the obvious respect he has earned both inside and outside of the courtroom. In my personal experience, each court date brought anxiety, nervousness, and humility upon entering the third floor of the courthouse. I cannot explain the feeling of relief and pride that came over me when I would see Joe, walking in and out of courtrooms, his presence present to anyone who saw him, with an air of confidence and intent, and he would greet me and briefly explain what to expect when it was time to appear in front of the Judge. I remember thinking after each initial encounter, "That's my Attorney, and he really is the best one here..." To know that you have Joe Passanise in your corner and fighting for the best possible outcome is priceless. His guidance and endearing support has changed my life. I hope to not need his services in the future, but I wouldn't go to anyone else for legal representation. The outcome of both of my cases were ideal and I believe it is a direct result of Joe's honest, straightforward advice he gave me to improve my life and his relentless efforts in defending me and communicating with the prosecutors.

Stress Free, Professional, and Personal

I consulted four different attorneys about my case, Joe being the last, and speaking with them it took me no time to realize that this was the right team for me. From the beginning, they made me a plan, gave me clear and easy instructions and keep me updated with any court dates and paperwork. The...y took the time to get to know me and my personal situation. The knew the law, they knew the facts of the case, and in turn got the outcome we were going for. I can not say enough about the Passanise team, Class A..... all around, Sarah and Scott are awesome. Outstanding

I had never needed an attorney for anything before. I searched for the best and found him! I was guided through each step of the legal process in a very professional manner. He was able to have my criminal charge reduced to a traffic charge after following his advice and guidance. My case was dealt w...ith swiftly and I feel blessed and grateful for the outcome. He went above and beyond and kept me informed of everything. If you get into trouble, I recommend this attorney!

Great attorney. Communication can be better.

Joe did a great job in briefing me of his view of the situation and laying out what his plan would be, as well as giving me a realistic expectation of the possible outcomes. While I did have some issues getting some questions answered in a timely manner which was frustrating, at the end of the day w...hat matters most is the final verdict which went in my favor against some pretty heavy odds. I would definitely recommend for legal counsel.
