Stress Free, Professional, and Personal

I consulted four different attorneys about my case, Joe being the last, and speaking with them it took me no time to realize that this was the right team for me. From the beginning, they made me a plan, gave me clear and easy instructions and keep me updated with any court dates and paperwork. The...y took the time to get to know me and my personal situation. The knew the law, they knew the facts of the case, and in turn got the outcome we were going for. I can not say enough about the Passanise team, Class A..... all around, Sarah and Scott are awesome. Outstanding

I had never needed an attorney for anything before. I searched for the best and found him! I was guided through each step of the legal process in a very professional manner. He was able to have my criminal charge reduced to a traffic charge after following his advice and guidance. My case was dealt w...ith swiftly and I feel blessed and grateful for the outcome. He went above and beyond and kept me informed of everything. If you get into trouble, I recommend this attorney!

The best attorney for the job.

You never plan on needing an attorney or finding yourself in a bad situation. However, that is just what happened to me. When I called Mr. Passanise's office I was filled with fear. I was immediately greeted with not only a highly intelligent staff but also a staff that had compassion. Joe and his st...aff got me completely prepared to where I felt I was one step ahead of the court system the entire way. I could call with any question and his staff would answer me right away. They are all very prompt and even though they have a lot of clients, his staff made me feel like I was extremely valued and important. I liked the fact that when Joe walked in a court room it was as though he immediately got respect And you could just tell he was completely in charge of the situation. I have so much faith in Mr. Passanise that if I need any services in the future I will definitely hire them. If you want the job done right the first time, you've come to the right place!

DWI Case

Joe Passanise worked extremely hard and kept me informed of any and all progress throughout the lengthy (but positive outcome) case. Joe and all of his staff were such a pleasure to work with. They always answered all of my questions immediately and I can't thank them enough for saving me in this bad... situation I found myself in. They gave me instructions right away on what to do, and I did them and got them back to them, and they won! Follow their instructions, because they definately know how to go about the process. I would recommend anyone in a DWI situation to not think twice about hiring Joe Passanise right away. Don't wait, it will hurt you later.

I did like joe more out this office

Joe was pretty good one hiccup was i was dealing with the whole office so sometimes communication between the lawyers wasnt the best im sure they are quite busy but they knew how handle the buisness in my county they didnt let the county bully me into submission they know how deal with those in the l...egal system who rely on common immoral practices to charge people but no matter how good of a service they provided theres always room for improvement
