Highly recommended

If there were 10 stars vs 5, Joe would get them. He did an amazing job representing me in DWI cases. Very pleased and highly recommend! The man, in a sense, saved my life.

Above & Beyond EVERY Time!

Joe has represented my boyfriend in SEVERAL different matters-starting with speeding tickets to severe drug charges. My bf got in trouble in several different states and Joe was ALWAYS there! My boyfriend should have been sent to prison several years ago but he always walks free with a little communi...ty service and a very small fine if any. Joe and his team go above and beyond for their clients and will not be afraid to fight for you! I highly recommend him for anyone that needs assistance. Don't be afraid of retaining fees because that money will forever change your life. GO JOE!!!

Expectations Exceeded---Best DUI Attorney

Joe exceeded our expectations on many levels. The circumstances surrounding my DUI case were very dire. I caused an accident, had a BAC twice the legal limit, and other extenuating details that made the worst case scenario inevitable (jail/conviction/prohibitive fines). We had waited too long to ...obtain an attorney, so were in a crunch with an impending hearing. We called several attorneys on a Saturday with no response. Joe, however, called us back within a couple of hours, and we had a meeting the next night at 8 pm. It was evident at that point that he works round the clock for his clients. His expertise was continually proven over the next several months. His style is no nonsense, honest and straightforward...a rarity nowadays. The prosecution fought very hard for a stiff sentence that included more than 30 days in jail, fines and a conviction that could've had disastrous consequences on my career and future. Under the guidance and expertise of Joe, I walked away with an SIS--meaning that I will not receive a conviction as long as I complete a set amount of community service, etc--an outcome typically impossible for a case like mine. I have known people with more favorable circumstances surrounding their case (and before the DUI laws in Springfield became stricter) who received a more severe sentence than me. Joe and his office were very helpful throughout the process; the level of attention paid to my case was comparable to that of defending a family member. His assistant even called me afterwards to see how I was doing. We are confident that we would not have received the same outcome with another attorney. The reason I have an SIS instead of a conviction is due to the expertise of Joe. He is an extremely experienced attorney with keen judgement and acumen with the Springfield judicial system that you can depend on to go to bat for you. Your future is not something to gamble with. I wholeheartedly recommend the law offices of Dee Wampler and Joe Passanise.

Great attorney and great law firm

Joseph Passanise did an excellent job handling my misdemeanor case. He was very knowledgeable of the law and fought hard for me. He kept a conviction off of my record and all I ended up paying was a nominal court fee. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

best attorney

I was a paralegal for 14 years. I had worked with Joe in the past and when my son found himself in trouble Joe is the only attorney I trusted to take care of my son. He is a top notch litigator and a very good mam to boot.
