Worth It

When my wife and I heard the amount of money we would have to pay for Joe to take my case, we felt like we took a punch to the gut. We had already spent so much on a lawyer who did nothing to help, and advised I should bend over and take a charge and a consequence I felt I didn't deserve and would pr...etty near ruin my life. When I met with Joe, he assured us he would fight. Out of all the lawyers I met with, Joe was the only one with the drive and confidence I felt I had to find in my lawyer to save me from this. I needed someone who would fight tooth and nail for me, and I had no choice but to put all my eggs, and money, in his basket. We were scared that he was all talk, that he knew what we wanted to hear and knew what to say to get us to hand him our savings. But we had to give it a shot. You can't support your family from jail. It turned out to be the best decision I made since being charged. My biggest regret is hiring someone else first, and wasting all that time and money. If you need a fight, don't even bother looking at another attorney. He searched for every possible angle, every way he could help me, and most importantly believed in me. He offered so much advise and legal support to give me the best possible outcome. He got my felony DWI charge down to a misdemeanor, and even with the circumstances and my sobriety and hard work, that's rare and hard to do. But he fought for me. His team is worth every penny. My ONLY complaint is that the front desk assistant is cold and impersonable. For the quality of attorney, I was surprised at her poor customer service!

A Consummate Professional

Through every step of the process, Joe and his team were there to help answer questions and keep me informed about what was going on with my DWI case. They ended up getting me a SIS which provides me the ability to rectify my screw up while still maintaining my future goals. I would recommend Joe to ...anyone.

Mr. Passanise was very helpful with my case. I received a DUI and he was very helpful throughout the whole process, answering any questions that my family and I had. Great representation from a lawyer who cares

Joe is amazing. He not only provided me with great representation on the legal side of things, but he truly cares about me as a person and it shows. The first meeting I had with Joe he personally called me and informed me he was out of town but was on his way home and would be happy to meet with me t...hat night at his office. He met with me at 9pm and took the time to explain all my options. Since we have had several meetings on the weekends and later in the evenings to accommodate my schedule. He put the nessacery distance in my case to make sure that I was in the best possible position legally. He has truly over delivered every single time. The best part however, isn't what Joe has done for me legally, it's what he has done for me as a person. He took the time to guide me through steps that I needed to take to make changes in my life. For Joe it's not just about getting you out of trouble, it's about making the changes and taking the steps so that you don't find yourself in the same situation again. I would highly recommend Joe and his staff to anyone.

Professionalism with dignity.

Joe explained from Day One the situation and that it was going to be a long, hard fight. He never sugar coated the situation nor gave any false hope. He laid out the facts of the case and sent a very detailed list of tasks to complete before trial to present to the court, Everything he had me do se...rved a purpose and helped me not just for court but for life lessons. Joe acted with professionalism and dignity and his reputation as the best is well-earned.
