Best in the business

I hired Joe to represent me on a DWI case. He was very thorough explaining what he would be doing throughout the process. He kept contact with me the entire time. Joe achieved results far better than I expected and what any other attorney advised me they would be able to do. This was a third DWI a...nd the final results turned out better than the others. Well worth every dollar.

Excellent Service

Mother in need of a good lawyer

We call on a Sunday and left a message that we needed a lawyer for my son. Joe was at the court house on Monday morning. Joe was very professional and courteous. He told us exactly what was going to happen. He had our son out of jail Monday afternoon. He’s very thurall and recommends things for you t...o do to improve your case. He keeped us very well informed on very thing that was going to happen. We can’t thank Joe enough for everything that he has done for our son. EXCELLENT LAWYER!!!!!!! Would highly recommend

Professional, Compassionate, Excellent

Mr. Passanise is an excellent Lawyer; extremely professional; and compassionate. I received a DUI. He treated me and my case with dignity and respect. He told me exactly what he could do up front and what he could not do, and how long the process would take. He said the case would take approximat...ely 5 months; it did. He said he could not get the case dismissed; it was not. He said his goal was to have it reduced to a "Careless and Imprudent" driving; it was. Mr. Passanise gave me very clear instructions as to what I could do to improve my situation through classes to attend and volunteer service in the community. He encouraged and affirmed my positive contributions. He and his office were available to me for every question and concern I had. Mr. Passanise achieved the very best possible outcome he could for my situation. I am grateful to Mr. Passanise. I also want to say that Mr. Passanise's paralegal, Sarah Greer, is excellent at what she does and was encouraging to me as a client.
