Just do what he tells you.

I met with Joe 2 days after my DWI and he listens carefully to what I told him what happened. I really felt hopeless and didn't see anyway I could not go to prison as this was my 4th one. Joe told me if I did what he said that he thought he could help me . I did the 6 month out patient treatment at ...Alternatives. Did 300 hours of community service and went to AA meetings. I will be honest this lasted about 2 years. At times it seemed like Joe and Scott had forgot about me and I felt frustrated but remembered Im not his only client and they are working for you behind the scenes when we don't know it. On March 4th of 2018 I received a call from Joe and he told me I got probation and DWI court with only a 100 hours community service which is unheard of. I was so ecstatic I couldn't speak. Joe and Scott did what I thought was the impossible and made it happen. Just do what they tell you to do. Grant

Positive Review

Mr. Passanise worked very hard for my case. I felt confident through the court processing system. He told me up front what it would cost and what I should do to get the best result for driving while on my RX medications. Charges were reduced. Sentencing was not a full aquittal, but fair enough. ...I would highly recommend if you have a DUI.

A great attorney with a great staff

Joe is not just any yellow pages attorney. He and his staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are very well respresented. If you are expecting someone to just go in and magically make your errors go away, I suggest you find someone else. However if you are willing to do what you have to do f...or a positive outcome, by all means this is the lawyer to hire. You have to do your part, you have to do what you are told, you are paying them to help fight along side you and they will do so very well. We recently had the pleasure of working with joe and his staff over a very complicated case. Needless to say this could have had a horrible outcome, but by doing what was required and respecting our attorney we now have a much better alternative. If you ever are in need of a criminal attorney contact them. See if they can help, they aren’t going to pretend they can just to get your money. You’ll know up front cost and possible outcomes. It’s your case, it’s your life, it’s up to you to pick a great attorney. I recommend them very much!!

This Man is a Wizard

I got caught speeding in Waynesville with weed and acid. After about 7 months of putting in community service and out patient treatment, he was able to get all that down to a littering ticket. A FREAKING LITTERING TICKET IN AN UPTIGHT MILITARY TOWN LIKE WAYNESVILLE. That should tell you everything ab...out how amazing this man is at his job. Nice and friendly staff, too!!

BEST LAWYER EVER!!!!!

I've used Joe several times for different situations. He has helped me with speeding tickets, and other things. Recently the circuit clerks office accidently issued a warrant after he went to court for me last week, his paralegal Sarah and himself quickly took care of the matter by calling the clerks... office and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Joe is an amazing attorney and has a great staff behind him always working to make sure you're taken care of. They are Excellent!!
