Mr. Hamburg may be a fantastic attorney - I'll never know. My wife and I needed to update our estate plan and so we started searching for an attorney to help us. We reached out to two attorneys to determine which one we wanted to move forward with. In our discussion with his office, we were to...ld that our initial meeting and any further work he did would be charged at $350 / hour. Many other attorneys do the initial conversation for free so that each side can understand the work each will do. The odd part is that the hourly rate seems fair when he is working on the project, we weren't comfortable paying for the initial discussion regarding the scope of the work. So, this review isn't really about his skill - he may be fantastic - we'll just never know.
