Get ghosted
Hired Ben to handle my paternity case. He talked a big game but then refused to even try to fight. When I lost the case he offered to do the name change since he failed to put it in the original petition. But after I did the original paper he ghosted me. Would not recommend to anyone.

Replied last December 22, 2022Sorry you feel this way but it is unlikely that this happened. You must sign and notarize a petition prior to submitting it to Court so it’s likely you did not mention this to his staff AND you failed to review the paperwork we drafted. Each case has its own merits and he likely warned you of that. If you lost the case you probably didn’t have a good case and in all likelihood Ben probably told you that.
