Matt Welshon discovered his passion for justice and helping others at a young age. Having dreamed of becoming an attorney since childhood, Matt takes great pride in providing all of his clients with the compassionate, competent support they deserve. Great Lawyer

Only wants your money
Took $1800 on retainer. Agreed on plan in office then changed what we wanted on Motion to Modify a child custody order. Replied last March 27, 2020This is not accurate and has been explained several times. Your husband's case was actually very winnable if we focus our goals in the case on the best interests of the child as Missouri Law states. Lastly, your sole custody petition and parenting plan was developed in accordance with your suggestions, you can file it if you want, but I suggest contacting a different attorney beforehand because it is probably out of date.
