If I could leave zero stars I would. Paid Joanna to write up papers for back child support to be zeroed out, child support order to be modified and dropped, and consent to adopt. It has been over a year and half and nothig has been done. Both parents are willing to sign the papers. Joanna will not re...turn phone calls or messages. We have been in her office multiple times and she says shes going to do or that and has done nothing. She has had 3 different secretaries since we started working with Joanna. Her 2nd Secretary she was scolding him in front of us and other clients, clearly he was new and was not given proper instructions on how to do his job. His didn't last long at all. We are now on the 3rd Secretary who I talked to last week, she was supposed to pull our file and give us a call back later that same day and no phone call was ever made back to us. I called this morning and now Joanna is supposed to be out for 2 weeks. We just want a refund at this point, we are tired of dealing with Joanna Billingsley. Give us our money back and we will be glad to go to someone who will do what we have asked.

Anytime I called, left a message with the receptionist, or emailed, she never responded. She gave me her email first thing and told me she would respond. I went 4-5 months without hearing from her. Instead she responding to anything, she mailed me a letter and charged me even more. I spent $1500 and ...got nothing out of her.
