Jessica Lynn Kruse

Jessica L, Kruse graduated with honor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, a Teaching Assistant for Contracts classes, a Research Assistant for Professor Janet Koven Levit, and the Secretary of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Ethics Fraternity. Jessica has also written as article published in the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law in the area of franchise law.

Jessica focuses her practice of law on Elder Law, Probate,and Estate Planning. Prior to joining Zerrer Elder Law Office in 2011, she was associate with Malkmus Law Firm, practicing insurance defense and business law gaining valuable trial experience.

Jessica is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is on the board for the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She also serves as a member of the Probate and Trust Committee, The Missouri Bar,  the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and as a committee co-chair for the Elder Law Committee of the Missouri Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Colorado. Jessica was recently awarded the Rising Star award at the Women's Justice Awards, recognizing achievements of women attorneys in the State of Missouri. in addition, she was also named one of Springfield's Forty Under Forty by the Springfield Business Journal in 2013.

In addition to her work as an Elder Law attorney, Jessica is on the Judicare Panel and Volunteer Lawyer Panel with Legal Services of Southern Missouri. She has also been involved with several community organizations, Including Ozarks Literacy Council, Mothers of Preschoolers, and lay leadership positions at Schweitzer United Methodist church. She is also a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Springfield program in Springfield, Missouri.
