Recovered out of pocket costs

I would like to think it was simple distraction of personal issues at the time.. yet conflict of interest after filing complaint for failure of services and award of costs returned to client. There will never be repair of damage or further harm which occurred and no lawsuit has been filed to recove...r damages. He does quite well upon his own personal case which shows he can succeed in criminal cases. Our conflict involved a baby mama of mine who personal friends with him and wife.. maybe neither of us was aware, I will leave it at that..
