Anne did a wonderful job as my divorce attorney. She was easy to talk to and was timely with her communication. This was much appreciated as I went through a difficult time. When my husband cried in court, I was very embarrassed for him despite being in the middle of a divorce. He had a professio...nal position where tearing up could damage his reputation. Despite our discord, I didn't wish him embarrassment. Anne could tell I was uncomfortable with his lack of emotional control at our contested hearing. Her experience and steady hand made an otherwise terrible situation bearable. I would highly recommend for anyone going through a divorce.

after meeting more than once and stating what my issues were, I felt that I was just a number in a process that was designed to drag out and collect fees. There was an arbitration hearing that it appreared they were not prepared for, as main topic position papers were left at office. In the end after... being billed well over 4,000.00 I had to engage the other side and negotiate a deal and they prepared the paperwork only to have it reviewed by Mrs. Kern. I was more familiar with Mrs. Kern's legal assistant than I was with Mrs. Kern as she was freaquently unavailable and did not return calls very well.

The best part of having her as my attorney is the fat that she listened to what my children and my own needs and wants were throughout this stressful process and she always incorporated those communications into her strategic approach to the situation. I would highly recommend Anne and her staff to anybody going through this area of the system with no reservations at all. Cost was very appropriate and I never experienced her or her staff billing me for non essential actions. No often can a father not only get full custody but also keep it through that many rounds of custody battles. Thanks for everything Anne, you really are the best!!
