Atty Roodhouse reviewed our family-purchased Long Term Care insurance policy and advised us to pursue a court review of failed performance by issuing company based on unclear and non-specific disclosure by agent selling contract. He suggested our case warranted a judge's review since we were not able... to get relief from the company and promised we would not be charged if we did not receive a court review and relief...which we did! We are very pleased with the outcome which is exactly as John forecasted. Additionally, John referred us to a highly competent legal representative with another firm who handled other legal issues rising fm the family estate which John was professionally prohibited fm handling due to potential conflict of interest with the insurance issue.
