Great experience

Andrew Popplewell is communicative, efficient and I got what was essentially the best possible outcome in my case. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

I can't believe the nerve of this guy. I am shocked! Self absorbed jerk!

tried to call Andrew Popplewell and inform him of something pertaining to my case and his immediate reply was "you need to get off meth"....WOW! I've never used that in my life! False accusations from my own lawyer for respectfully trying to inform him of something? That is unprofessional and unbecom...ing of any attorney. Do you have me confused with someone, or are you full of yourself? This isn't even a drug case. I just got out of the hospital for a serious injury and this is the first thing you say? I was totally polite to him up until that point. That's when I knew he wasn't the lawyer for me. I'm not on drugs, I'm sick of attorneys who think they can just say whatever they want. I was rightfully upset with this, as anyone would be, he said again, "You're on something." Nope. Maybe you are? I have never done that stuff in my life, but I have had friends and relatives (my sister, 3 months ago as a matter of fact) die from it. That struck a nerve, as it would have anyone. I dismissed him immediately, and I want that refund you said you'd give me ASAP. This guy is totally unprofessional. My "emails are wild, and too long"? Excuse me? Sorry for trying to keep you informed and ask questions. Clients and attorneys are supposed to communicate, or so I thought. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and don't need to take that. My mother was next to me and heard every word. Time to hire a better attorney that actually treats clients with respect! You're rude and unprofessional. Shame on you, sir.

take your money and run

Doesn't fight. Saw his client recently in cooper county plea deal to 10 yrs on a 5-15 yr sentence..1st offence robbery. Poor sap could have got the 10 with a public defender. I did 20 days when he assured me all i had was a fine. Big surprise... Most lawyers get lazy over time, but this one has bee...n since at least 2006.

An attorney you can count on

I hired Andrew Popplewell 5 days before my final DWI video hearing. My first attorney was not very honest and ghosted me a month before the end of my case. I frantically called several attorneys in one day. I knew in the first couple of minutes on the phone that Andrew should have been the attorney... on my case from the start. He is straight forward and to the point. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He also told me that he was willing to take over if I wanted, but I really did not need him for this and should save my money. I hired him anyway because I was concerned that my last attorney didn't handle my case properly. I felt much better having Andrew look my case over and having him there representing me. A client should be able to feel confident that their attorney is doing their best for them. Had I hired Andrew in the beginning, it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress.
