Biography
Myia M. McKenna is an attorney with Columbia Family Law Group, LLC, where she specializes in family law, estate planning, and appellate practice. Myia’s areas of practice include dissolution of marriage, legal separation, post-dissolution matters, modification of custody and support orders, paternity actions, adoption, and domestic relations appeals. Myia also handles legal issues facing same-sex couples and estate planning. Myia received a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in psychology, political science and Spanish, with a minor in sociology, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. Myia was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2002 and to the Kansas Bar in 2003. She is a member of The Missouri Bar (Family Law Section), the Boone County Bar Association.
