NEVER AGAIN!!
Clausen passed down my case, which I have learned he continually does, to one of his young, extremely unqualified, assistant attorneys! He did absolutely nothing for my case, but cost me tons of money and stress. It almost seemed like he was working for my ex instead of me!! Save yourself the time ...

After 18 months of litigation this "lawyer" sold me and my daughter out. He does not handle his own cases, he passes them on to his lowly associates who fumble the information I gave them. He took my money and time, lied to my face then left me out to dry, penniless. Stay well away!!!

Couldnt ask for a better custody atttorney
Mr. Clausen won me custody of my son in Oct of 2010. He is very professional and cares about his clients. If your going to be in a custody battle he is definitely the attorney you want in your corner and is worth every penny.
