If you are suspected of a crime or charged with a violation of law, you may require the services of a criminal defense attorney to present your defense or negotiate a penalty. As different rules and procedures exist for different offenses, you should seek a criminal defense attorney who has worked on your particular type of case to provide you with the best defense. Excellent Attorney, Delivered Great Service

I’ve used Jeff on multiple occasions, and each time he has done excellent work. In the most recent situation, I needed assistance at the last minute. I called Jeff late in the afternoon explaining what we needed, he showed up early the next morning and was able to provide what we needed, including so...me additional changes that weren’t discussed the day before. He was prompt, professional and met all of our needs – at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Jeff and will definitely use him again.

Botched uncontested divorce case

Not only did Mr. Kays calculate the incorrect child support amount, but then when my ex filed a modification and the incorrect calc was noticed, Mr. Kays weaseled his way out of making it right. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. This simple uncontested divorce turned into a complete nightmare.

Great defense

Jeffrey is an attorney that will shoot you straight on your criminal offers and will negotiate any counter offers you are wanting the prosecution to consider ...he got me less time in such negotiations and very pleased with his expertise .... anybody needing a criminal attorney should give Mr. Kays a... call when looking for a proper defense!

Why you should choose Jeff Kays

Jeff Kays is representing me in my family law case. From the beginning Jeff has been everything I wanted in an attorney. From emails, phone calls, and being in a court room, Jeff is honest, firm, professional, organized, clear to the point, and knows what he’s doing. He has always been up front with ...me when it came to my goals and over delivered with the results. Going to court with Jeff was easier than I could have imagined and I remained confident in him the whole time. Every exhibit, discovery, paperwork was flawlessly organized and Jeff remained focused on me and my child the entire time. Along with my great experience with Jeff, I also had a lot of phone calls and emails with his paralegal, April. She was easy to communicate with and always had my questions answered in a matter of minutes if Jeff wasn’t available. Between Jeff and his team I still remain confident if I were ever to return to court again. Choosing Jeff as my attorney was an easy decision and I would hire him again and recommend him to those who are seeking an attorney.

Awful experience

Do not use this lawyer he cares about nothing but getting paid. Once I paid for the full amount I could never get ahold of him again. He didn’t give me all the information I needed ahead of time so on my last court date I had to make a huge decision on the spot that effected my life in a big way. Thi...s could have been avoided easily. Not to mention on my first court date he showed up a little over an hour late without even being prepped for what to expect. I feel I could have done better with a public defender, possibly going in alone.
