Kathleen Wolf Miller

I acquired Kathleen Miller as my attorney when Elizabeth Turners law firm was bought out. My case at that time was 2 years old so there was a lot of catching up to do for Kathleen. But there was time and she told me she was very gungho to take my case and get things done. She never answers her phones..., responds to emails, I’ve had it happen numerous times where i would have a scheduled appointment with her and then she wouldn’t make it to the appointment. This is how familiar she got with my case, my child’s name is Rhett and she would refer to him as Brett during court. The morning of court, she told me to be early so we could go over some things. She was 10 minutes late. Looked like she just got out of bed. Smelled like alcohol. And could not carry her things up to the court room. After court, if I needed anything… if getting ahold of her couldn’t have gotten any worse, it did. She practically fell off the face of the earth. I missed out on a opportunity to appeal the judgement because she never would show up to our scheduled appointments or respond to any emails. But she’ll take your money though. This is the worst experience of my life and Kathleen just made it 10 times worse with her unprofessional behavior.

I made an appt with this lawyer 3 weeks ago for last week. The day it was scheduled I was contacted by her office that she was in court and they would have to reschedule. We rescheduled for the Following Tuesday. I received a call from her office one hour before consultation telling me she did not pr...actice this type of law. I found that to be very rude and inconsiderate of my time. She could have saved me 3 weeks by telling me this on the initial call. I would not want anyone that flighty to represent me for anything.
