Kathleen Wolf Miller

Kathleen miller is the biggest pos I have ever encountered in the legal system. To call her worthless doesn't do justice to the character of this piece of garbage. But not to worry she is under several investigations by the missouri bar. Which she has refused to respond to. She is going to be summone...d to court to answer for it. She will most likely not be practicing law much longer. And will be working to pay all the clients she stole from. People u need to file complaints with the missouri bar against this woman so she can face criminal charges for embezzlement. And be dis barred. This woman is scum. She currently works as a public defender in nevada,mo.

I hired Ms Miller last year to take on my child custody case that have been going on for about a year and a half already. I told her how I had to fire my last lawyer because he failed to do his job he wasn't meeting with me he would ignore my calls he would not respond back to me I couldn't get a hol...d of him he would flake out on our meetings so I fired him. She made me many promises that oh no she was not like this and that she would be sure to respond back to me she wouldn't leave me hanging that you would fight for me and I was excited about everything because I finally found somebody to understood where I was coming from. This is my trial date this is the most important date of my case that she has completely blown off I haven't heard from Kathleen Miller and 4 months. I go by the office the office is closed just like everybody else says I make phone calls with phone calls and the numbers are disconnected or they go straight to voicemail even the numbers that are less on the door to contact her or not the right numbers because she doesn't respond back to you. About 2 months ago she asked me about some billing statement I told her I moved I sent her the correct address as a matter of fact I've sent her two addresses and the paperwork never came through it either one I've been constantly asking constantly calling constantly texting with no response to be completely ignored. She completely left me hanging and left my child custody case which was at the most serious point which is trial just open. I told her 4 almost six months now that I was ready to go to trial and I haven't had a trial date yet he was supposed to put in paperwork didn't put in paperwork was supposed to send me paperwork never sent me paperwork. And right now I don't have any way to contact her she doesn't have an office and she doesn't respond to the number that I had or the number that was left on the door for us to contact her. She turned around and did the same thing my last lawyer did to me and screwed me over and probably even worse because it's during trial. I had one more court date to be able to see my daughter and get my rights back on a case that has been going on for almost 3 years. This is completely unprofessional and I've never met a more disrespectful and considerate attorney in my entire life. She absolutely ruined my life and ruined my chances of getting my daughter back this will be the third summer I miss this will be my third birthday that we don't get to celebrate together, I've already missed three of my daughters birthdays. All because this woman is a liar and a fake.

When I first met with Kathleen in 2021. I was super excited that my case would finally be taken seriously and someone would fight for me. After a few months of no contact I reached out to her office for an update. phones had been shut off Door is always locked. Voicemail is full. I had an appointmen...t this morning took off work for this appointment and guess what NO SHOW on her behalf. Office is dark door is locked and haven’t heard a single thing. Looks like the hunt for a good lawyer continues.

An honest review from an ex-employee: I worked for Wolf Miller Law when Kathleen Miller took over Themis Law Group. The owner talks a great game and comes across like she cares only to talk about you behind your back and belittle your worth by telling everyone lies to make herself look good. She ...will constantly show up late for court or meetings with clients and sometimes not show up at all. You will be left to deal with angry clients, opposing counsel, and judges because she is late or doesn't show up only to find out later she claims her staff didn't put it on her calendar, even though it was clearly there and you reminded her multiple times when and where to go. This happens so often, that some of the judges will still have hearings despite her not being there for her clients. She will not accept personal responsibility for anything she does and will dissappear for hours at a time with no contact. When she actually meets with or talks to the clients on the phone she will tell them whatever they want to hear long enough to keep them happy and not threaten to take their money back and go elsewhere. You will do 90% of the work and she will never look it over for weeks at a time until clients are angry only for her to ask why it hasn't been done yet. She constantly forgets who clients are, why she represents them, or what she is supposed to be doing for them. She also gives paperwork meant for a client to the wrong client all the time. You will get paid weekly but there's always a chance your check will bounce because she has no self control and will spend thousands of dollars of client's money even if it's unearned. If you're a company that she has services from, good luck getting paid, and on the off chance you DO get paid your check will most likely not clear the bank and she will not make it right. She will just ghost you. She also doesn't pay taxes or report her employee's wages to the IRS and when said employees request their w2 she claims it's "in the mail" but never responds to any follow up phone calls or text messages regarding the status of employee w2s. She doesn't care that she is affecting the lives of her ex-employees just like she doesn't care about her client's lives. This lawyer, if that’s what you can call her, is a worthless excuse of someone to fight for you! She acts like she will fight for you and then when you hire her and pay for her she takes your money and runs with it ! I hired her for a divorce and once I paid her I never heard from her again! She woul...dn’t answer my phone calls or emails. She was never there when I went to her office. She has done this to other clients as well ! Her phones have been shut off and she isn’t at her office EVER! I fired her, as have other clients and she will not give us our money back even tho she hasn’t done anything for anyone! DO NOT HIRE HER ! She’s a thief and a liar !
