Hello I have two children which are teens at this time. I have been in their lives everyday since they been born. 2017 went thru divorce, I am the Constodial Parent. Since Mr Hawkins has been representing my ex wife since 2021 for financial gain purposes I haven't seen or heard from my children a bi...t. Due to Mr Hawkins having pull thru the Jasper County Courts System and With the G.A.L that is represented on my case. I have tried everything to have contact with my kids. Mr Hawkins is even going against Judges Order and not sending them to their home to see their Father. MR HAWKINS IS NEVER IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR THE CHILDREN IN ANY CASE. HE HAS BEEN TURNED INTO THE CHEIF OF DISPLINARY COUNSEL TO INVESTIGATE. DO NOT HIRE HIM TO REPRESENT YOUR FAMILY

Hello. EVERYONE PLEASE READ This guy here is a abouslety the worst, MrHawkins needs his Bar Revoked immediately. I just finished my custody case where my exwife was trying to get full custody of our children Mr Hawkins was representing her. Needless to say they ended up costing me thousands of d...ollars and multiple of arrest for false accusations to try and make me look bad as the father of the children, not counting endless amounts of motions were filed to the Jasper County courts just to try and intimate me to just hand over custody of my children so we wouldn't have to go to trial. Well I'm a real father that loves his children and will never hand over my children's rights to anyone. MR HAWKINS should be ashamed as a attorney or even as a man to be able to state he is there for your children best interest. He should have his BAR taken away immediately. There is a reason why he is no longer the judge in a local town. He is crooked and will try and intimate you to give you what he wants. So trial went thru and what does he do immediately after alittle over 2 yrs fighting to keep my rights as a father, before trial could even start he DISMISSES THE MOTION. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE SPENT $1000s of dollars for atty fees and false accusations and being arrested for him to at the very end to dismiss the case. He never had a leg to stand on. I do not recommend Mr. Hawkins. He failed to communicate with me. During the divorce process I asked what sum my ex and his attorney were asking that I pay if we did not go to trial. He told me we would “figure out the totals later”. The total was an insane amount I would never had agreed to had I b...een properly informed. He then sent important sensitive documents to my ex rather than to me even after I repeatedly gave him my correct address. He was dismissive during the entire process. Absolutely zero empathy or respect. Had had to hire another attorney Patricia Loveland. This is the second review I had to write for him because he reported my first review. I find him to be unethical. I recommend Patricia Loveland. Do not under any circumstances hire this attorney.

We did not have a good exsperince anytime i asked him todo something it was tooth and nail to get him todo.it and todd even put me on the spot and argued with me in the middle of a court session about private details i did not wanna share with the court we gave him a list of questions to be brought u...p during court sessions and out of 6-10/questions each time one question was asked... Next probelm is this we where quoted 2500$ for the case half way though the case we get a bill for $4130.58 and we did do.our best at the time to make payments but because of the case it hindered my work by 85% and they dropped us after taking our money... Get a diffrent lawyer firm.
