Very "her personal" opinionated and it gets pushed into your case. She never visited our kids or their home. Limited discussion with the kids. Would go back and forth 180 degrees on parent’s care and parental decisions. Literally used open aired threats to parent would lose their kids if parent would... not agree with her. Used children custody as negotiation to bend parents to agree to her opinion. In my opinion she showed no interest in child’s welfare and only wanted to get case settled ASAP. Very slanted toward benefitting women going against negative actions from the woman to children. Court hold too much to this type of representative just stamping paperwork.

Never followed procedure of standard practice throughout the 6 months the case was ongoing. Shared confidential information regarding several clients and children involved in active cases she was appointed to simultaneously through the same county. Never visited the children nor the homes to insure t...he wellbeing of the child was a priority. Refused to answer phone calls and text messages during business hours. Lacked paperwork and information expected to be present at scheduled hearings several months consecutively.

I was thrown in Brandis' lap at the last minute. SHE IS PHENOMINAL! She was an awesome attorney in court My Dr wanted me.placed in a 30 day program that I did not need. I was never in a court fighting for my freedom. Brandi got the Judge to see me & know I didn't need that program. Bramdi won! Which ...meant I was free & got to go home. Even though she only talked to me for 4 hours or less she was A MIRACLE WORKER for me.
