Anne Virginia Kiske

Like others, I went to her based upon the reviews here. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never been so disrespected by a law professional in such a way. She raised her voice and it really seemed as if I was she was trying to pick an argument. It was odd behavior. Her "intern" was involved... and it was to a point where I could feel she was uncomfortable with her mentor being confrontational and aggressive. I left feeling very defeated, diminished and truthfully, violated as a person with rights. Good thing this wasn't my first time with a lawyer; otherwise, I would be totally traumatized.

My case took well over a year, and it started with my ex and I trying to just agree to terms and finalize paperwork with one lawyer to reduce cost. Once I realized I was gonna end up with nothing, I went to Anne. Anne not only got everything I had asked for (50/50 custody, no child support, even ...holidays, etc.), she worked with me no matter the situation was. I received responses to any of my questions usually within the hour. If she was out of the office, there was still someone there to assist me with my needs. She took time out of her own day to help, would stay late so I could come after work to meetings, and even stayed on the phone with me at odd hours while I was deployed overseas. I would suggest using Anne if you are having serious issues with a person who is just not agreeable. I ended up with everything I had asked for originally, plus more. It was definitely worth the investment to ensure I have my kids.

Anne kiske was very helpful in my divorce and child custody case. Anne and the entire staff looked after me with honesty and hard work, always a phone call or an e mail away. From the begging of the case kiske stayed informative with fine details about the case and helping me keep my kids in a stable... and safe environment. Top it all off the staff was very understanding about my financial position and worked with me the whole way. And if that doesn't put the icing on the cake. What other attorney in the land, who just got into an accident and broke their leg, would walk into court for a trial, on crutches, instead of delaying the case! She told me, "I couldn't consciously delay this trial." She fully understood how important this case was to me and for my children. That alone earned my full and entire respect. I'd recommend this law office for anyone who is fighting a case for the right reasons and needs a winner hands down.

Anne and her staff were wonderful to work with during the modification of my parenting plan with my ex. She was always available if I had questions or concerns and really quite pleasant to work with in general. She didn't over communicate just to charge us for her time, which was much appreciated. Sh...e did provide detail monthly bills where I could see exactly what I was paying for.
