Anne Virginia Kiske

Like others, I went to her based upon the reviews here. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never been so disrespected by a law professional in such a way. She raised her voice and it really seemed as if I was she was trying to pick an argument. It was odd behavior. Her "intern" was involved... and it was to a point where I could feel she was uncomfortable with her mentor being confrontational and aggressive. I left feeling very defeated, diminished and truthfully, violated as a person with rights. Good thing this wasn't my first time with a lawyer; otherwise, I would be totally traumatized.

I hired Anne because during consultation she seemed genuine and had great reviews. But that was not the case. I would be charged $50 for asking questions like what is this court appointment for. Being my lawyer I should be to ask a simple question, but nope everything was about money. She wanted me t...o settle a case after paying almost $6k with no results. Then wanted me to pay another $4k to take the case to court. I was given​ nothing but attitude after I no longer wanted her representation. I'm not sure what service all of her other clients received but my service was poor and unhelpful.

Wouldn't even give one star if I could. This was the biggest mistake ever! I seriously believed all good reviews here. Now i know that they have to be posted by her, PLEASE do not waste your money I hired her based on all the reviews and she was the complete opposite, I can go on and on about how un...professional she was and the lack of work she did, she will charge for EVERY PHONE CALL, EVERY MINUTE SHE spends on the phone i had some crazy fees for 5 minute conversations i had with her over the phone. She will racked up extremely high bills, and does not care about the well-being of you or your child.

I decided to use Anne for my son's custody case, solely on her reviews on these websites. I strongly recommend NOT to use her if you want an attorney to fight for you. She was bitter towards me and I felt I was judged. The whole case consisted of her working with the respondents attorney and them not... working with us, so that resulted in me getting nothing I want and the respondent getting almost everything she wanted. Also she said at my last court date she would wait till it happens next time, which was very disrespectful as she was hinting to my current relationship. If you are a father I highly recommend to seek representation elsewhere.

She is horrible! She doesn't care about your kids, only money! I gave her plenty of money and got horrible results! I then hired another lawyer who helped me to win my case! I should've never gone to her but I trusted the reviews on here. I would not be surprised if these reviews were written BY her.... Oh, and she is terrible about keeping in contact with her clients and does not explain the proceedings properly to this of us without a law degree! Do yourself a favor and hire someone who will actually do the work for the outrageous amounts of money you pay them!
