Robert Johnston Megraw

Do your self a favor and hire Rob Megraw if your going through a divorce , not only will he explain things to you on a down to earth level but in a very understanding way . I was faced with my children potentially being moved and hour away from me and Rob did and unbelievable job of getting the motio...n to relocate thrown out. I cant recommend him enough .

I whole heartedly would reccomend him to anyone, let's start with the back story... So I left my fiance after I had my son for reasons and got a no good lawyer who wouldn't answer me for anything, my dad even tried getting ahold of him. The only good thing that came from that lawyer was this amazi...ng lawyer. Anyways a week before court Copley finally messaged me saying he could not represent me any longer due to reasons. He gave me robs information sent mine to him and a week before court he got up to date and helped me with my custody battle. Hes an amazing lawyer and I wouldn't of made it through this whole process without him. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Hes a life saver. It was quick and easy. :)

In the beginning, I believed Rob was a great attorney. My case was a dramatic one from the other party. My children were not being thought of. I reached out to Rob regarding a copy of my final custody judgement and to discuss modification. Rob said he was unable to obtain a copy of the final judem...ent and he never reached back regarding modification. Rob said I could obtain a copy of the official judgement from the court. He took my last check and his job was done, and left unfinished. Now, here I am, a year and 1 month later, I am going back for a modification after substantial evidence. The attorney I have hired has been able to print off an official copy of my judegment I haven't ever seen. I have now missed my children's birthdays as the official judgement states I should have gotten them, which it doesn't state in the unofficial copy I was given by Rob. Rob wrote the plan to be finalized after judgement. My judgement states it is filed in Clay County, but held in Platte County. Very disappointing

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Megraw! I was going thru a divorce in 2012 and had employed another attorney to help me...big mistake. My previous attorney was of no help at all. Frustrated and at my wits end I met with Rob. He was wonderful from the start and took care of everything needed... for my case quickly and efficiently. He also helped to keep me grounded by reminding me that no matter the circumstance...each child deserves to think that they have the best mom and dad in the world. He is always available for any questions I may have and I never feel rushed during our meetings. I recommend him to everyone.
