Great Experience Dealing With A Difficult Situation

I highly reccomend BurnettDriskill. I worked with Mr. Sciolaro on a disability appeal, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to ensure my case received the attention it required. It was a long process, but Mr. Sciola...ro was there every step of the way.

A pretty reasonable person

Mr. Sciolaro represented me well. His responses are quick and he's willing to talk you through the risk and benefit of different decisions, keeps you informed through the process. It was nice having somebody relatable -- not your typical arrogant lawyer who wants to take your money all the time.

Kyle Sciolaro/Social Security Attorney

Hello Everyone!!! Kyle Sciolaro Has Only Been Assigned To My Appeal Hearing Case For Less Than 3 Months, Because The Attorney That Was Handling My Case Retired! He Has Helped My Case Out 110% Since He Was Assigned To It! He Knew Nothing About Me 3 Months Ago, & Was Put In A Tough Situation Due To ...My Hearing Date Coming Up Quickly!!! He Explained Everything To Me In Very Broke Down Detail & Asked Specific Questions About My Health, Doctors That I've Seen, Prescriptions I Was Taking & One's That I Have Been On Since My Disability Started!!!! Note: I Started This Case 5 Years Ago & He Is The 3rd Attorney That Has Worked On My Case! Well, Like They Say 3 Is A Charm, & It Must Be Because With Approximately 3 Months On My Case, & Being The 3rd Attorney, He Has Managed To Compile More Up To Date Records & 5 Year Old Records That Were Never Available For My Case Before!!! He Has Spoke With Me On The Phone & In Person In Much Longer Conversations Than The Last 2 Attorneys Did In All Of The Last 5 Years! He Also Broke It Down In Laymen's Terms If I Didn't Understand Something! In Other Words He Resorted To Telling Me Things I Didn't Understand In Words That A Simple Man Like Me Understood! And He Also Gave Me His Personal Cell Phone # & Spoke With Me On Christmas Eve, From His Home, On His Cell Phone, While He Was Working On Getting Every Record, With Every Detail In Order, & Asking Me If There Was Any Little Details That I Could Remember, No Matter How Insignificant I Might Think They Were!!! Then He Told Me To Call Him Anytime If I Needed To Ask Him Something Or Thought Of Anything Else Pertaining To My Case! Then He Wishes Me A Merry Christmas & A Happy New Years! Since Then We Have Went To My Appeal Hearing Last Month And He Did An Awesome Job Of Presenting My Case, & For The First Time In 5 Years, I Truely Feel Like The Judge Actually Listened To And Read Every Detail Of My Case!!! And I Actually Felt Like She Was On My Side & Doing All She Could To Get Me Approved For My Disability Benefits!!! My Case Is Now In The Decision Making Process And I Feel VERY Confident That I Will Be Approved This Time!!! So Folks, I Can't Honestly Say That He Won My Case Yet, But I Can Say This Much: If You Want An Attorney That Will Handle Your Case As If It Were His Own Grandmother's Case, Then You Need To Call KYLE SCIOLARO, PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!! And If I Lose My Appeal We Are Taking It To The Next Step, Because I'm Not Giving Up, & Neither Is Kyle Until I Have Ran Out Of Every Legal Option Available!!! I Can't Imagine It Will Have To Go To The Next Level, But I Prepare For The Worse So I'm Not Disappointed! But No Matter What, Win, Lose, Or Draw, Mr. Sciolaro Has Shown Me That He Is More Than Just An Attorney, He Is An Individual That Truely Cares & Will Do Everything In His Power To Help You!!! And He Will Do It Even If It Means Giving Up A Part Of His Own Christmas Eve To Do It!!! No Matter What The End Result Of My Case Is, Kyle Sciolaro Will Always Have My Approval To Call Me Anytime, For Any Reason, & I Consider Him A Real Friend & A True Brother Of Mine!!! And I Pray That He Doesn't Get Any More Cases Dropped In His Lap At The Last Minute Before A Hearing Date!!! He Is Truely From A Rare Breed That You Don't Run Into Very Often In This Day & Age! I Hope He Reads This And It Makes Him Feel Like He Means More To Me Than Just My Attorney!!! God Bless You Kyle, & Peace Brother!!!!!

Kyle Sciolaro as My Attorney

I had two previous attorneys in regards to the same case (not my request nor doing) and I ended up with Attorney Kyle Sciolaro. The third time is proven to be the charm. I have never had an attorney that supported and represented me like he did. Kyle was on top of everything that was going on and wo...uld get the information right to me. He made sure I completely understood and was prepared for everything we had to go thru. He kept in contact with me in regards to every aspect of my case. Kyle was more than prepared and very organized. He was an attorney you could feel comfortable with when asking a question and would give you a fast, honest and straight forward answer. I don't know how he does it, but he makes you feel he is completely focused on your case only, even though he had several cases. I can not say how lucky I feel that I got him as my attorney.
