Roger Merrill Driskill

Mr. Driskill is a brilliant and very experienced Disability Lawyer and a great gentlemen who cares about his clients I had SSI, but I wanted SSDI. Mr. Driskill first won in federal court by remanding the first partially favorable decision to be reviewed by the same ALJ. Then he won my SSDI with sam...e Judge. Absolutely the best Disability Lawyer in a Midwest who leads a professional team that cares about people with disabilities.

I brought him what was called a "slam dunk" case. The communication was sparse, I rarely received any updates and he does not use email, so that makes it increasingly difficult. The entire process seem to go extremely slow. Due to the lack of communication, I assumed it to be an issue with Mr. Driski...ll. To be fair it could have been out of his control, but you can draw your own conclusion. I could have dealt with all of that, if I had gotten the results I was promised. Instead, in return for 2 years of churn, I didn't receive any of the compensation I was due.
