A $3.75 million settlement for the survivors of a woman who was struck by a tractor-trailer in rural Kansas.
A $3 million verdict from a federal jury in St. Louis for the family of a man who died after being Tased by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer. This case involved local and national media coverage related to the incident and subsequent trial.
A $2.5 million settlement for the family of an iron worker who died after falling more than 25 feet from a water tower in Saline County, Missouri.
A $2.5 million judgment for an individual who was struck head-on by an intoxicated driver.
A $2 million settlement for an individual who was rear-ended in rural Cass County, Missouri by a dump truck.
