BJ represented national and local clients with a wide variety of sophisticated corporate and real estate matters in the Kansas City offices of two multi-national law firms, including securitized credit facilities, term credit loans, retail and mixed-use development projects, and retail (standard and luxury), office and warehouse leasing. In 2013, B.J. joined Craig Associates, P.C., and continued to advise clients related to business planning, business and real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing throughout the country. He also contributes to the client’s strategic, finance, employment, and corporate governance discussions and decisions.
