Businesses and individuals alike have challenges to navigate and want an attorney who understands their worries, passions, and dreams... and can guide them through the complex maze of legal concerns. That's where I come in. My name is Scott McMurray, and my practice is focused on Business & Litigation, as well as Estate Planning & Elder Law.

After law school, I started a real estate company with my brother that continues to this day. I learned firsthand many of the challenges entrepreneurs and business owners face on a daily basis. These challenges have included protecting business interests with entities, navigating contracts while building relationships, and managing risks while trying to grow.

My first four years in practice, I focused on civil litigation with a personal injury emphasis, but found a disconnect when it came to clients knowing what to do after their case was over. They often received large settlements yet had no clue how to manage their newfound wealth, protect their family, or build a legacy going forward. That experience, combined with seeing the challenges of many in my immediate and extended family, led me to expand my practice to include Estate Planning & Elder Law. Planning for your family and protecting your legacy is a great task, and doing it properly makes a difference.
