James LaSalle was assigned to me out of Bates County as a special appointed attorney and he has fought tooth and nail for my driver's license to be reinstated, a possession that's keeping me from my license, actually managed to get my dw revokes continued 21 Times in one courtroom. He sure did! Juggl...ing all 4 of my dw revokes , possession, and Missouri DMV so one wouldn't stop the other for 2 years!!! Now he's got my shoplifting I'm charged for burglary 1 for and I'm looking at 10-30 yrs on it! Yes a very passive, property returned before I left the store shoplifting. He is very personable, runs all over the country saving his clients, his wonderful wife and paralegal working hard for us too, tells ya like he sees it but listens to our fears and hopes. Win, lose or draw I consider Mr. LaSalle my friend. I have alot of respect and appreciation for who he is and how he does things. I'd use him on any matter

James is a fantastic lawyer. I had a possession, paraphernalia, DUI, MIP and failure to maintain correct lane all from a single traffic stop. I had contacted him via phone, and he was able to meet with me less than 24hours after inital contact. I had to appear once in court and didnt even go in front... of the judge! James walked in and had a quick chat with the PA, asked mento step into the hall and told me two litering charges, max fines and a defective equipment. No moving violations, and 12hours in detox tank night of being pulled over. I have recommended James to all friends and family that need a lawyer.
