My practice focuses on employment and commercial litigation. I have represented companies at all stages of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related claims. I also counsel employers on a variety of matters including employment agreements, policy manuals, and other individual employee issues.

Prior to joining my current firm, I previously ran my own practice specializing in federal criminal defense. I have represented criminal defendants in a variety of matters including, but not limited to, tax fraud, conspiracy, identity theft, and drug distribution charges.
