A+ Bankruptcy attorney

As General Counsel for Newport Television I knew we needed an excellent bankruptcy counsel as we navigated the pool of various clients who filed bankruptcy while owing us money. Mike and his team at Husch Blackwell did a tremendous job and they were especially great about explaining complex bankrup...tcy issues in an easy to understand manner. I would recommend Mike's services to anyone who asked.

Smart, dedicated, insightful, and invested - My attorney, Michael Fielding

As the finance/collection manager for a small, privately owned manufacturing company, I had difficulty finding an attorney that was an advocate for the creditor - Eight years ago, this all changed for me when I became acquainted with Michael Fielding. We spent nearly an hour on the phone, which led... to a two hour meeting at his offices the same week. At that meeting, he was engaged, and really listened – I remember that day… and how I felt a lot less “alone”, and so relieved that I now had a partner. Reviewing the issues I brought to the table, he was able to discern weaknesses in my processes, and offered safeguards that have been in place, and protected the assets of my organization ever since. (that was eight (8) years ago!) Mike is always available, no matter how small the issue may be. If it has me concerned, or worried, it becomes his concern. He responds immediately to phone calls, and emails, which, not only gives me incredible peace of mind, but, it allows me to keep moving, and get my job done, instead of getting hung up on something, and unable to proceed because I’m waiting for my attorney to call back. That just never happens. Never. Mike knows what I do is important to me, and to my organization, therefore, it’s important to. In the last several years that Mike has been my attorney, not only has he provided us with superior representation, but he's also taught me so much! I operate with more confidence, and I'm able to assess things so much more effectively. Another aspect of having Mike in my corner, is this incredible network of people that he can call on if there's a situation that requires something/someone more to attain the best results for me. No effort is spared. Currently, I’m working with one of Mike’s colleagues (due to the venue) and that too, has been such positive and productive experience; and Mike has followed up /checked in with me all along the way. Overall, Michael Fielding is brilliant legal mind. He’s personable, dedicated, insightful, and invested in what’s important to me, as his client. My concern is his concern – For as long as I’m in this business, my business will remain with Michael Fielding. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
