Michael D. Fielding is a Kansas City bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney who defends creditors and enforces their rights. He represents secured lenders, unsecured creditors, distressed asset purchasers, committees, trustees, and Chapter 11 debtors in complex corporate reorganizations. He has tried several cases and done multiple foreclosures. He has represented the receivers of insolvent insurance carriers on novel matters.
