John Mueller III

I paid $6,900.00 to John Mueller's firm to research and sue attorney John Harvell. John Harvell missed a deadline and so my appeal was dismissed. At the end of several years, Mr. Mueller would not do the lawsuit. (Mr. Mueller also researched the activities of another attorney who is now deceased.)... I then went to another attorney, who readily got me a $4,500 settlement on the issue of the dismissed appeal. Mr. Mueller's firm has offered me a $900 refund. I believe I am owed all of my money back, but am willing to negotiate. At the date of this writing, Mr. Buchanan will not communicate with me. Incredibly, John Mueller now claims that I understood, at the time that I was paying him to look into the legal matters, that he would never sue John Harvell.
